Diagnostics Overview

The Diagnostics feature allows you to run a quick health check on your bot to ensure that all webhooks and background services are operating correctly. If any issues are detected during the process, you’ll be provided with step-by-step guidance on how to resolve them. If problems persist, you’ll also receive instructions on how to contact the support or admin team for further assistance.

How to Access Diagnostics

To get started, open your dashboard and click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your browser. From the dropdown menu, select Diagnostics.

This will take you to the diagnostics page, where you can begin a full system check by clicking Start Diagnostic. The tool will run five essential tests:

  • Check Webhooks
  • Register Missing Webhooks
  • Verify Bot Moderator Status
  • Assign Moderator Role to Bot (if required)
  • Test Chat Message

These checks only take a few moments to complete. Once finished, you’ll receive a summary of the results. If everything is functioning as expected, you’ll see a confirmation message. If any issues are found, the tool will guide you through the next steps to fix them or provide support contact options.
