My SCAI - Schedules

Stream Schedules

Your bot now supports stream scheduling, enabling you to plan upcoming streams in advance and automatically share these with your community on Discord. This ensures your audience knows exactly when you are going live.

With the schedule feature, you can manage upcoming, live, and past streams, and present them in either a list or calendar view for easy reference.

Accessing the Schedule

To begin managing your schedule:

  • Open your Dashboard.
  • Select My SCAI.
  • From the Schedule dropdown, choose the view you wish to use:
    • Upcoming – Streams planned for future dates.
    • Live – Streams currently in progress.
    • Recent – Streams that have already taken place.

Both List View and Calendar View are available, allowing you to work in whichever layout you prefer.

Creating a New Schedule

When you are ready to add a new stream:

  1. Click the plus icon at the top of the schedule page.

  2. A window will open containing the following fields:

    • Title – Enter the title of your stream.
    • Description – Provide a brief description of what your stream will feature.
    • Location – Indicate the platform, such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or Discord.
    • Schedule Image – Optional thumbnail for your schedule entry.
      • Size: 800×200px
      • Format: JPEG, PNG, JPG, or GIF
      • Maximum size: 5MB
    • Start Time – Date and time your stream will begin.
    • End Time – Date and time your stream will finish.
    • Recurring Schedule – Tick this option if the stream will repeat regularly; the bot will duplicate it automatically.
    • Game – Optional field to display the game you will be streaming.

Once completed, select Schedule Stream to save or Cancel to discard the entry. Your scheduled stream will then appear in the Upcoming section or on the relevant date in the calendar.

Sharing Your Schedule

After creating your schedule, you can make it visible to your audience:

  • Sync to Twitch to publish your schedule directly to your Twitch channel.
  • Send to Discord to post the schedule in your Discord server.
  • Alternatively, share your scai.gg link so your community can always see your updated schedule without needing to check Twitch or Discord.

Customising Schedule Display

Within the settings menu (cog icon), you can adjust how your schedule appears:

  • Show Games in Stream Schedule – Toggle the display of game titles.
  • Show Descriptions in Stream Schedule – Toggle the display of stream descriptions.
  • Default Stream Duration – Adjust your standard stream length so it is automatically applied to new schedules.

Time Zone and Settings

Your schedule will follow the time zone set in your account. If you change time zones, update this in Account Settings to ensure all future schedules display correctly.

When you have made any adjustments, click Save Settings. Your scheduling system is now ready to keep your viewers informed at all times.
